Experian: Strategic review

Experian wanted to consolidate technologies used globally for a common solution set.

Mosaic Island was asked to provide resources to assist with a strategic review of the solution set within the Experian’s Global Customer Marketing division.

  • Objective: to standardise the approach across the group.
    • What technical capabilities exist?
    • What plans for development are in place?
    • What are the particular strengths (and weaknesses) of the technical/business propositions?
  • Worked with the Senior Management team to assist them with determining the vision, direction and accompanying roadmap of change.
