In our experience, many skilled professionals today are less inclined to work for corporate organisations as their preference is to operate on a consultancy basis benefitting from delivering real value on a variety of interesting and relevant projects across a portfolio of client environments.  At Mosaic Island our aim is to capitalise on this sea-change in working ethics as our ever expanding network of such professionals grows.  This in turn benefits our clients as we are able to select exactly the right person for the task they have in hand.

All people and teams we place in engagements are supported by the rest of the Mosaic Island organisation.  This ensures that they work as part of a cohesive team benefiting the client from a wider pool of experience and knowledge.

We also believe that it is important for each client/engagement to assign a non- chargeable Account Manager. This ensures that any commercial discussions are always kept separate from the delivery team allowing them to focus on the job at hand.
