Enterprise Architects

Highly experienced, technically proficient with strong commercial awareness, these individuals are just as easily able to converse with business stakeholders as technical stakeholders at all levels within the client’s organisation.  Their skill is being able to identify and understand the business problem to be solved and then translate this to an appropriate target solution (Target Architecture) together with the pragmatic set of steps of how to get there (Roadmap).

Solution Architects

Again highly experienced, Solution Architects are more focussed on defining the detailed technical solution.  They generally have one or two specific “domains” of expertise – such as Web or Billing – and are capable of driving out the detail of the technical solution in that area such that it can be “built” by the rest of the delivery team.  A good Solution Architect will work with the project delivery team to anticipate and resolve issues should they occur.

Delivery Management

OK, so we’ve identified the problem, defined what the solution should be and the steps to get there, now you want to get on and get it delivered.  This is where Delivery Management comes in. Our Delivery Managers are selected to deliver your solution based upon their track record of delivery in similar projects/domains.  It is our firm belief that key to a successful outcome of any project is the right Delivery Manager for the job.
