MiFORCE is our proven framework methodology for enabling change used where our clients have no preferred internal approach.
It comprises a set of pre-defined generic processes and template deliverables that ensure our engagements are managed and delivered in a consistent and predictable manner.
The diagram below provides an outline of the core components of MiFORCE Methodology.

Like any framework methodology, MiFORCE is not prescriptive and as a generic template it is intended to be tailored to suit the engagement. It is also constantly evolving incorporating the experience gained from previous engagements and the knowledge of our team.
